The Big Picture 🏞

For nearly the past century the level of carbon dioxide in Earth's atmosphere has been steadily and consistently rising. According to https://climate.nasa.gov/faq/19/what-is-the-greenhouse-effect/, us humans are the main cause of what is known as the Greenhouse Effect, "Humans have been interfering with the planets energy balance, mainly through the burning of fossil fuels that add carbon dioxide to the air." From the thawing of glacial masses leaving polar bears homeless to the desertification of fertile areas leaving livestock malnourished, it's clear that these greenhouse gases are a threat to the ecological balance of our entire planet. We all have the power to make a difference and limit climate change, if not for ourselves then at least for the rest of the world.
